This clearinghouse serves as a national center for information and publications related to service-learning. Under the search by topic section you can search by subject area for curriculum examples.
National Service-Learning Partnership:
This national membership organization advocated for district, state and national policies to support quality service-learning. Their web site provides access to research and practice.
National Service-Learning Exchange:
This organization promotes best practice and provides peer mentors for practitioners.
Maryland State Department of Education has developed some good resources for school districts.

Interdisciplinary projects:
Some teachers develop connections to one content area ( i.e. English, history, math, science etc.)while others build connections to a variety of subject areas. Teachers who want to connect the learning of various subject areas to one project will find the interdisciplinary web helpful.
