- Idealist Kids and Teens: Contains resources and information on how to start a project to help your local and/or global community. It also includes information about youth volunteering and nonprofit websites for young people dealing with issues like human rights, the environment and the arts.
- Kids Care Clubs: Kids Care works to develop compassion and the spirit of service and philanthropy in elementary and middle school aged youth. This site provides monthly service projects, compassion education, model programs, project resources, and partners based on issues such as literacy, hunger, poverty, the sick, and the elderly.

Coalition for the Homeless Fact Sheet: This tip sheet provides ideas for
different service projects that benefit the homeless, as well as a listing
of local homeless organizations to partner with.
