Heritage tenth graders met with their buddies four times between September and December to help the fifth graders with project set up, data analysis, presentation board set-up, and building their display boards.
Every time tenth graders met with their buddies, they referred to the rubric to guide their conversation and planning. As a result the fifth graders became very familiar with how they would be assessed at the science fair.
